Please provide me the last update on my comment below.
My phone was working fine before handing over to the courier guy who was sent by your team. The defects were there as per my complaint.
However who is responsible if the phone is not working at all once it reaches you.
It sounds either your team has done something wrong or the courier team has not handled my device properly. I definitely hold you responsible.
I have enough proofs and I will definitely take this forward.

Thank you for writing to us. First, we would like to make it clear that as soon we have diagnosed the issue our technical team had given you a call and you asked for a mail on that. We replied you call and via email as well that it is a case of water damage and we will not cover this under warranty. 3 weeks include logistics as well (Pickup and delivery). It is as per standard OEM policy that physical and water damage is not covered under warranty.
Second, we have given equal inputs in picking up, diagnosing and delivering back your product. We owe full responsibility for all under warranty products but in cases of physical and water damages. Also, since it is a water damage case there could be multiple issues arising and all will be rectified through repair only. Our repair will be for Out of Warranty only.

Hi Gadgetwood team,
Finally I got my phone after more than 3 weeks and it is not working at all at the moment. It used to work fine atleast with the problems that I mentioned before I handed over to the courier guy who came to my home to collect it. I really need answers here please as I have spent more than Rs 20000 for the phone.
The phone had problem from day one and I always wanted it to return. I usually don’t get much time away from work to handle this but still
I reached apple store with the phone and they asked me to contact the store that sold the phone as they don’t cover the refurbished phone.
I reached Shopclues and they advised me to contact Gadgetwood as it is covered under warranty.
I reached Gadgetwood with the problem and your team returned the phone after nearly 3 weeks before even consulting back with me.
Just to convince you about the working condition of the phone, I can have the following answers.
1) I have made lot of phone calls on the day using that phone and even I talked to courier guy who came to pick that up from my home. I removed the sim, put the phone in cover and handed it over to him. I use Airtlel sim with no ([protected]) and you can investigate it more if you want.
2) I was continuously using Wi-Fi just before it is handed over and can try find a way to get the information from my Internet provider to generate the usage report in case if you want.
3) Last the phone is registered in my company as a safe one and I was using it to download emails, read and reply as required. I can send the report if you want.
When you replied about water contaminated, I was under the impression that there might be some moisture and was not expecting that the phone will not work at all once it reaches me.
Why would it have taken more than 3 weeks if you wanted to give me this reason?
Please provide me more explanations and I will urge you to pick my phone back and then correct it.

Hi,
The apple iPhone 5s phone purchased has the below problems.
1) the charger works fine sometime but does not work most of the time. Could be issue with phone or charger.
2) The phone gets restart on its will. Only a couple of applications on it at the moment. and if I try using any app for a few minutes, it get a blue screen and restart happen
3) the charging get discharged so soon. Even though I charge fully, it gets discharged in 4 hours with minimal usage.
Please help in getting the below rectified.

However I see the same reply from past 1+ month.
I was expecting my phone to be replaced within a month of purchasing it but still it is not going anywhere.
Let me wait for a couple more days and watch.
