I hv orderd qpole iphone on 16 junebut received samsung dead phone which don. T have any serial number on box box was blck in colour and phone is totaly dead i m not able to give imei nmbr to shopclues i hv send all images of packaging and phone and accesories to them but after 1 mnth of delaying my case they rejected my case and i m not been awarded with any replcemnt or refund. I hv send them 18 20 tickets and mails and hv send them 14 15 imegs of internal and external images of packagaing and box and. Ovlbile but they never reapond now they are not listeng to me please help me on the day of receivng product i said and mentioned them deleivery package was torn from inside under the seal but tape was internaly stick so that underbeaneth the seal nobody wil able to see that and upon that page was stappeld with bil so that from tht area nobody judge that seal was broken i mentioned them form very ist day with all profs but they rejected my case on therr own not on my proofs i want replacemnt or refund anyhow
