ShopClues.com — faulty or used product, refund not yet processed | |||||
I have not yet received my refund for the faulty product. Order id[protected] boat bassheads m-521 wired earphones with hd sound, in-line mic tangle free cable with 3.5mm straight jack. Which was shipped to me on 1st june 2020. The same day i had placed a request for replacement of the product (As it is faulty, looked like used and the packing was not sealed by the manufacturing company). I was offered a refund for product without even returning it. As per the last email received from shop clues, the refund was processed on 10th june 2020, it's been more than a month now from the process date and there are no signs of the amount being credited to my account, apart from a fact that the expected credit date was 22nd june 2020, which has been passed now for more than a month and yet there are no signs of the refund amount to be credited.
