[Resolved] ShopClues.com — fraud letters and fraud whatsapp messages

I am an advocate. I received a letter on your company's letter head, regarding anniversary prizes of rs.1 lakh and scratch card of rs.10 lakh. I also received a what's app message regarding ordering a saree and delivery of saree. What is this nonsense. I don't understand, if any of such letters or what's app messages or any unnecessary orders i receive in future, i don't tolerate all such useless issues.

I am an advocate, hereafter i should not receive any such letters or orders from your company, treat this as legal notice, otherwise the cyber crime will be initiated against your company and your agents.

Treat this as my legal notice and advice your legal department to direct your agents properly and act legally.

This is my last and final warning.in future if at all i receive such letters or un-ordered material if i receive what's app messages, your company will totally be closed forever. Cyber crime will be initiated against you.

I ordered a 2.1 amp charger of samsung but i got 1 amp looking like copy samsung charger ...then i raise a return request but in app showing return request rejected .. without giving any reason.. plzz help me..

They said.. they deluverd me same product as i ordered.. but i got a wrong product. They don't listen anything .. i said i make a video of open packaging tym.. but they said i delievred a right product. And said sorii. Plzz help me.. i paid 683 rs for 2.1 amp charger but they delivered me 1 amp charger of local samsung brand.. plzz help me .

We have ordered 2 stickers last week.but we got delivered only 2 sticker..but have paid for both the stickers.so either refund the money or jus deliver the other stickers too as soon as possible.This is not fair at all as we have to go behind these things because of your mistakes..so please respond and sought out soon
