ShopClues.com — harassment faced by me regarding return and replacement of my order-

I am mailing you regarding my order #[protected]. I had ordered swaggy men's black & grey cotton blend trackpants combo of 2 worth rs. 413 (All inclusive) xl size, but have received l size instead on 25th december. Since then i am continuously calling on the contact number provided by swaggy daily, but it is not-reachable or switched off. I had also mailed shopclues (Need support option from its website) regarding the replacement of my product. I was informed to wait for 2 working days regarding the processing of my return. I had also contacted the customer care executive sharing my problem with him and requested him to either replace me the product or refund my entire money, but it was of no use as no processing has been done in order to solve my problem. But i did not get any call or email. After then i have received an email mentioning that my return pick-up has been scheduled on 28th december'2017, but no pick-up has been done. Instead, i have received a sms on my contact number mentioning that the pick-up could not be done yesterday, so it will be re-attempted. An hour back, i have received a call from the return pick-up department of shopclues which says that my pick-up has been scheduled on tomorrow, 30th december. I have again contacted the customer care executive garima and told her the entire incident and the problem that has been faced by me since 25th december. She told me that my pick-up has been scheduked on 2nd january'2018. When i told her to arrange the pick-up within today, she told me that she can not do anything instead of requesting the pick-up dept. To make it as early as possible and told me to wait for it.

now, i want to send my following feedback regarding the very first product i have ordered in shopclues:-

1. I have received the wrong size of the product (Received l instead of xl).

2. The contact number of swaggy provided in the invoice attached with the order is not reachable or switched off since i have received my order till now.

3. As claimed by you being the first and largest e-commerce company, amazon.in is far better than you in all aspects (I am a regular amazon customer).

4. When you are least bothered of solving the problem faced by your customer, and even delaying every attempts made by you in doing so, amazon.in schedules the return pick-up few minutes after requesting them to replace or refund. They hardly take one or maximum two days to pick-up the item and 3 days maximum to refund the entire money in the bank-account of customers or replace the item and send the correct item. Shopclues is taking more than 7 days in just picking-up the item, so may be they will take 1 month to replace or refund.

5. Amazon's customer care executives are always ready to help their vauled customers and do not unncessarily delay in solving customer's problem.

6. Customer hardly has to take any headache regarding the entire replacent or refund procedure in amazon. Whereas, i had to take enough headache in just scheduling the return pick-up of my item myself.

7. Everything happens smoothly as claimed by amazon's customer care support executives, but here nothing happens as said by shopclues' customer care executives.

8. If amazon's customers had to face any problem or harassment regarding any product some-how, amazon sends cheque as their good-will gesture just to gain customer satisfaction. Shopclues only attempts to harass its customer.

9. Shopclues customer care are also not aware of exactly what is happening and do not at all know how to gain customer satisfaction. So customers feel guilty for ordering in it and facing so much harassment.

10. Since first impression is the last impression, so i am really disgusted with shopclues regarding the very first item i have ordered and entire processing that has been made by shopclues.



being totally disgusted facing so much harassment regarding a single order, now i want either replacement of the item i have received and sending the xl size of the item or else, sending entire refund of my money in my bank account within 2-3 days. I do not want to listen to unnecessary excuses from shopclues and further delay or harassment in doing so. I can only hope that shopclues will solve my problem in order to avoid consumer forum action if i file a complain against shopclues.

This is how I have been harassed by shopclues regarding the very first item I have ordered in shopclues.
