As per Shopclues policy: "You are completely protected. ShopClues offers a 10 day return guarantee for all such items. We get it picked, Or You ship and we refund." I ordered a product from them and found that the quality of product delivered is HORRIBLE, material defective and damaged. It is "Significantly different from the description given by the merchant". Does not come in the category of "healthcare products, customized products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits etc and perishables including flowers, edible products". I have contacted them within an hour of delivery. Now they are refusing to collect the product and give a refund. Not sure what is this practice to sell defective products online and then refuse a refund. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have also noticed that the "customer reviews" I had read before I purchased this products are FAKE. You don't accept reviews that are less than 200 characters length. The 3 reviews posted for this product have the exact same text and are much less than 200 characters length. The review I have submitted is not posted on your website since it blew the lid on this SCAM.
