We placed an order for HP combo cartridge (HP21/22) in June. Shopclues delivered a single color (HP22) cartridge. They agreed to my return request and refund my money. But since then, I have been chasing them their courier does not come to pick up the goods OR they randomly close the return request without picking up the good. They have not refunded my money till date and I am stuck with a product that I never ordered. Was this information helpful? | |||||
