[Resolved] ShopClues.com — I am complaining about return rejected without any reason

I have purchased a headphone from the shopclues app but the product is not up to the mark. It seemes to be used, not as shown in the image and quality is not good. So i filed a return against the same but it has been rejected. I have tried to contact them but neither they have describe any reason for rejection nor they are answering to my queries.
Return id _ 7910626. Looking forward for a solution.

Its not yet resolve i have not got the product in best condition it is used so i want my refund
