ShopClues.com — I am complaining against fraud. | |||||
I had bought a product from shopclues that is screen protector of mobile on 16dec 2015 and my delivery date is 23 dec 2015. but on 22 dec 2015 a message came from shopclues that my order is cancelled due to product is untracable. when I talked to customer care they misguided me that this cancellation policy is mentioned on site but that is not mentioned on site I checked it. My complain is regarding this they sell the product in low price and when we pay for the product they use our money for their personal use for some days and after that they return our money. My point is that when I ordered the product & it is got cancelled by the Shopclues due to lost of product they inform us & and they take our permission for cancellation or either they can took more time to deliver the same product. They are returning money because whatever we bought on site the cost of that product is for time period after that the product rate is increased. And then they deliver the same product in high price which is also a case of "FRAUD". So I beg you that please take some serious action against these site & If any support is needed than I will fully support you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
