[Resolved] ShopClues.com — I didn't receive one of the product of my combo offer

I ordered two shampoos as a part of combo offer but unfortunately they delivered only one. After calling them many times, they asked me to send the necessary pictures. After i sent it they asked to reply to their mail to credit clues buck. I did reply but now there is no money and no clues bucks. Either they send me the product or give me the money back. My order id is[protected]. A piece of advice for people who are searching whether to buy from shopclues, don't buy combo offers. My previous order, not a combo offer, was delivered successfully. Oct 22, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Today, 22 Oct, they credited the amount of the undelivered product as clues bucks. I am not satisfied but it is better than nothing.
