Hi, I ordered a product from shopclues and did full payment for it. However, its been delayed so many times. I am unable to cancel the product even as i get a message saying "cannot cancel a product as it is in transit" On the expected day of delivery i used to get "Delivery delayed", but now i am not getting that message either. order Number:[protected] Day of order: 10 Aug 2020 Day of expected Delivery :16 Aug 2020 Day of complaint: 27 AUg 2020.
