[Resolved] ShopClues.com — I need a return of a damaged product | |||||
I ordered one product that was damaged and dirty, i received it on 15th and i asked for return on 17th but they are saying we cant receive the return request as its already 2 days passed what the hell, i have sent them email 50 times no customer-care executive doesn't even bother to reply even, they have one number for customer-care the whole day its coming busy cant even talk to them they have chatbot but you cant chat with their executive wha kind of company it is i doubt if anyone from india visits and dare to buy here something the worst service i have ever seen...
