I received a defective product. The touchscreen doesn't work properly. I asked to have it return. I received the product four days ago so I am still within ShopClues' 10 day return policy. Instead costumer service told me to visit Ikall's support center. I don't want to do this, I want to return it as it is my right. ShopClues ignores my request. Was this information helpful? | |||
