ShopClues.com — I'm complaining about order getting cancelled despite availability of suvarnaprashan & late refund. | |||||
I have orderd Suvarnaprashan drops on 13thJune'16 and made online payment of Rs.1775. Then I received a message that order is ready for despatch & will be delivered to address on 17th June'16. And today i received a mail that my order has been cancelled due to unavailability of stock by merchant and refund will be reflected in my account by 30thJune'16. After receiving cancellation message today i checked on shopclues again for stock availability of same drops & i am surprised to see that the stock is still available on the site. Now I want to know the reason for cancellation of my order & also want my money back in the comming working week i.e between 18th to 23rdJun'16. As i called on Shopclues helpline for immediate refund of my money, i was told that refund will happen by 30thJun'16, so i want know why it takes so long to refund. And if you are unable to refund early then i expect an interest on the refund from the Date of Cancellation for the dealy in refunding the amount to my account. An early revert awaited. I placed an order for Moto g4 plus and made online payment soon after 30mins of ordering I cancelled it, for few reasons. It's been a week there is no slightest ray of refunding the amount which has been deducted from my account! These people take the payment within seconds! can't the do same while refunding?at least in cancellation of order?
