From the 1st day when i receive this product its a defective one. I am not able to hear the ringtone neither am i able to change the ringtone. Vibration mode not working. Hence i requested for a refund however they stated i need to contact the service center as its under manufacturing warranty and wont get any refund. I just quoted them if i dont get the refund money back within this week i will take help of consumer forum
