I have placed order (Order ID:[protected] on 12th march 2017 for iVooMi iV505 mobile and I have received faulty mobile on 23th march 2017. After receiving tried to switch on but it is not getting switch on. I thought there may be battery discharge but even it is not charging.
Made return request on 23th March 2017 (Return ID: 3878381) but they have rejected return request without any reason as this order is under 10 days return policy. I am trying to contact customer care but they keep on waiting me for 20 minutes finally no updates.
Please help me to get my money back.
