You do big big promise with beautiful picture of the item and great description in all way with warranty & gaurntee at your website and when ordered, on the site do written if any problem issue you will solve.in these talks the consumer trust on you. You do not write anywhere buying any item: read more about our return policies at www.ShopClues.com/return-policy.html.Not any responsblity of shopclues and will not satishfy you and not guarantee, consumer will open parcel, what will be in the parcel brocken or other item. What will be sent by supplier, there will be original item or used, unused or damaged etc etc.
Do your work is only goods supply. You do not know consumer's rights. Is not your responsblity to ask your sender from m/s anuj trading co. How is happend it damaged split a/c has been sent. You have charged rs.499.00 by me.
Again you are requested to solve my problem.
It is requested that the product which has supplied by you through m/s anuj trading co. That's outer part is damaged which photos i am sending to you. It is depend on you replace or return back the product.
Today the engineer mr. Rohit had come to my house to install the product. He unpacked the item and found it damaged.
Please solve this problem earliest.
