I have order kotty women blue jeans, but i had received yesterday 16th feb 18 green jean in parcel. I have called to retune to contact no:-[protected], t (Mention on product letter) it is vendor no., he was informed that he is not correct person, contact shopclue customer care no. Same i am trying customer care no. Morning. But it is not reachable. Such a harassment for customer. It is my first deal & i do not have idea to how return jean do to lack of contact of shopclue. It is really pathetic service, first time facing all this issue. We are ordering product flipkart also. But we do not have such bad experience. Pls help me to change my jeans as send wrong colored. Pls put my request to shopclue md such pathetic service providing them. Pls call me [protected]
