Good morning sir, Sir i am baboo lal meena, i bought a yureka plus 5.5 cyanogen version phone from shopclues throught online mode in june 2016. After that the said mobile had some issues and sent it back to the above company. The company sent me another mobile which is kernal version, out o[censored]se now a days, does not work, does not off by switch, if you want to off has to remove battery of mobile. At the box wrapper the phone's version is mentioned is of 4.4.4 kit kat version, but actually phone is delivered to me is kernal version. I have continuously Been in touch with company's supervisors/managers for two months but in vain. My mobile no. Is - [protected]. I request you please do justice... With kind regards.. ShopClues.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 26, 2016 deepak KUMAR CHAUHAN's response Charger adapter is not working, so please refund my money, otherwise i am going to consumer court for full & final settlement

I had ordered a backpack but they frauded me by giving a different description about the product.Now I have applied for return and they gave me clues bucks.why can't you transfer my money directly in the bank.it has been 20 days I am complaining still no one is there to listen.I think I might Lodge a complaint in consumer forum..

I have received damage bag, chain is not working, so please refund my money against order number 95362215. bag strip is faulty, it being damage
They are launching promo codes just to increase their rating but not delivering the products.
they send mails to their courier partner to not to deliver the product and sending massage to customer that order has been cancelled by courier partner's end. which is wrong.
