ShopClues.com — misbehaviour and very bad return policy

Sir, i have received your call regarding order id[protected] from mb. No.- [protected]. Your executive told me that i have returned another item to you and i did fraud for only 700 rupees. Sir i am working in govt. Sector and my monthly family income is more than one lakh and you guys told me that i am a cheater.
I have already paid 700 rupees and please don't return my money and keep it with you and don't call me ever and teach some manners to your executives. Is this way you people treat your customer?
