ShopClues.com — misbehaviour of delivery agent | |||
Dear shopclues, This is to inform you that you need to work on your customer handling a lot. This was my first time i ordered some thing from you guys and the experience was horrible. I will never recommend shopclues to any one. Your delivery agent mr ram shankar has no sense of customer handling. He don't know how to talk to the customer. When he arrived for the dilevry and handed over me the packet, i tried to open it. He just snatched the packet from my hand and said you can't open it first pay me the amount and then open. I was really pissed off and felt insulted. He said customer don't pay after opening the packet sometimes. When i heard that i was really angry. I said do i look like a thief to you that i will not pay you? Every customer is not the same and you should behave properly. Reply to that he said whatever it is first pay. I said i will complain regarding this then he said "kardo kardo" (In hindi). I want to ask what type of service you guys are providing to your customers. Staffs are not all courteous. You may heard that first impression is the last impression. So you impression on me is negative now. I will never order anything from shopclues and not even advise anyone to buy also.
