I purchase a book which is a hardcopy i saw in shopclues site in 31st jan and shopclues says it will delivered me in 7th feb and suddenly i got a whatsapp message that your product is delivered but i did not get that after so many frustration they said to me that they delivered me as an email while it was also not there. I beg them to return my money but they said it is non refundable, NOW I AM VERY FRUSTRATED WHAT TO DO HOW I COMMUNICATE TO THEM.WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER GOT IN MY ONLINE SHOPPING

Updated by gaurav049 i only want to say either refund my money or exchange i am in very problem regarding this i put my saving to buy this book and this leads to waste my valuable time to do these things please help me as soon as possible
