[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — No Delivery, No Refund

I had ordered HP[protected]AU Laptop on ShopClues.com website by order no 10183309 on 12th Jan 2014 and paid Rs 20, 799 by credit card. Till now, there is neither delivery of the product, nor refund of money, despite repeated reminders to the customer care via ticket numbers 651531and 661090. Please get my money refunded at the earliest along with interest and penulty for non-delivery of goods.
