I had ordered headphones from shopclues for which i had requested return-request.. i got an email saying the request was accepted and you will be contacted but there was no call... Email- Dear Customer, Thank you for shopping with ShopClues.com. This is with reference to your request received for return against the order no. 64620733 from your shipping address. The refund process will be initiated once the product clears the quality check. Kindly note the reverse pickup has been scheduled and one of our courier agencies will reach you in next 6-7 business days. We request you to pack the product and do mention order number on the packet and hand over the packet to the executive with the following address mentioned on the packet. Kindly take the receipt from courier person.
