Hello, I have purchased one of the item from shopclues. Order Number: 45763339 Return Number: 1226073 Product: Cookware - Set of 4 (Punya) Reason: Defective Item Action: Replace item But even after a month n more, no body is coming to pick up the product. this is a worst service i have ever seen. They are writing us a mail but again they are not fulfilling their own commitment. I expect a Quick Solution from this worst site. i have decided not to go again in this fraud site who always give more discount n defective item.
