I had ordered “Pigeon Induction Cooktop Rapido Cute Code: 993868” on 07th Nov 2015 order no. 74869942 and promised delivery on 19th Nov 2015. On 09th Nov got a mail saying product return to origin with tracking no.[protected] vide Blue Dart Courier. Today 4 days passed the same could not be traced on courier website and so called Shopclues customer care, got assurance from them that new courier docket no will be provide after 48 hrs & will get a call back within 4 hrs. Since 9th Nov everyday calling customer care and gets same answer that you will receive in 48 hrs. Worst customer care experience, false commitments, very very bad experience from Shopclues.com Please stop this company from looting people. Kindly arrange to refund my payment.
