Please cancel my order having order id 21858873. I called multiple times on your customer support number, but it kept in waiting for a very very long time. Its really sad, that even your customer support number is not toll free. The mobile app has no order cancellation option. This is very weird at the same time raises question as to why would such an important feature be intentionally not made available. What ever be the reason, but it certainly adds to the inconvenience to customers and builds a negative reputation towards the organisation.
