[Resolved] ShopClues.com — no return of defective iphone 5s | |||
I have ordered refurbished iphone 5s from shopclues and received on 23 aug2019. Phone is defective and touch is also slow. I raised a return request on same day but it is showing return request rejected by the merchant. However in there website they showed the 10 days return policy and i have raised the request on same day. I tried to call the customer care and there was ivr response of non-availablity.
