R/Sir, Self had booked one order for Tummy Trucker through Shopclues.com online vide order no 83882703, Regret to note that the same is not being delivered till today. As per shopclues committed date was 06.02.16 but till today 11.02.16 the same is not being delivered at our address: Supriti Patra, Plot No 219/396, Nr. Little Pearl Play School, Near Ambikar Residency, Nr. Ganga Jamuna Enclave, At-Botanda, PO-Kuha, PS-Airfield, Bhubaneswar, Pin-751002, ODisha. The shipping has been delivered by Shopclues on 27.01.16 through professional courier vide tracking no GGN70236313 and the same is reflecting as bag received at Bhubaneswar. However the courier partner is not delivering to our doorstep against the committed booking by shopclues. Professional courier address: no7-A, STATION SQUARE, KHARVEL NAGAR, BHUBANESHWAR - 751 001, Mob: [protected], [protected] mail:[protected]@tpcglobe.co.in, [protected]@tpcindia.com. In this regard I had talked to shopclues representative Ms. Tanya Gupta and Mr. Prabhat Chaudhary since last 02days and told about their courier partner M/s Professional couriers mercy business. Mr. Prabhat chaudhary senior executive of shop clues assured for 24hrs from today. I will wait for tomorrow again update on this issue I told. Parcel where lying is only 07kms from our residence only but the dealing person of courier co is too negligible and very harsh in nature.
