ShopClues.com — Non delivery of product order no.69684175

I have ordred three sarees in order no.69684175 and they informed the shipping track no.[protected] couriered through Shree Marutti courier pvt ltd.
suddenly i was informed that the product was delivered and i am shocked since i have not received.
After verification of the process i found that the DELIVERY SHEET dated07/10/2015 10.46 AM, contains the NAME OF THE PARTY as LOVELY GUPTA INSTEAD OF my name KUMARAN K V and signature obtained from lovely gupta instead of MY SIGNATURE.
This is highly ridiculas and negligence on the part of SHOP CLUES and courier company.
I sent somany emails, but they are saying the same old story that the product was delivered .I requested for proof of delivery but they have NOTYET provided.
I didnot expect such service from SHOP CLUES.
Irequest to send the product or REFUND MY AMOUNT.
