ShopClues.com — Non refund of money and 1500 rupees which has been debited from my account | |||||
This is keerthi chand I placed an order in shopclues.com on 20/03/2016 with order number 88575749 for universal white adapter with usb cable.I got wrong product and i placed a return request but the money has not been returned from shop clues.I have sent all the details regarding the bank account and screen shots of my bank account .Please help me regarding this iissue. And i got a call from shop clues on 17/04/2016 with the number [protected] from shop clues stating that u will receive money in next five minutes. I have provided all the account details.At that time 1500 rupees has been debited from my account.The executives told that u will get a refund of 1500 and 182 rupees to ur account in 24 hours .I haven't received the amount till now. Please take action on this. My bank account statement is showing that 1500 rupees has been debited for paytm. Was this information helpful? | |||||
