I ordered a magic mop 360 order ID 99877071 and shipping information, service FEDEX, TRACH shipment No is[protected] on 2 nd october and paid rs 714 through netbanking . shopclues web showed me delivered buti did nit get it and called on[protected] but i did not get any reply from them. i enqired fedex thiruvalla office on [protected] but they replied me this item did not come so please do the needful as soon as possible thanks
