ShopClues.com — Not delivered the product ordered | |||||
Hi I am frustrated to the core, I ordered two quantities of Birdy Bathroom set out of which only one was delivered and one was not delivered. And the one delivered was received in a broken condition. I raised a replacement request and pickup was done from my home on 16-17th March. I am tired calling and reiterating same concern to the Shopclues customer service team, they have yet not updated me on the below:- 1. When will I receive my quantity second which is yet not delivered? 2. Since the pickup is done from my home of the damaged product, when will I receive the replacement of the same? I have reached the saturation of my patience dealing with Shopclues where my 1000rs is stuck. If I don’t get my ordered products ill have to file complaint in consumer court. I have returned my product. As per mention I shoud get back my money in e clus bank within 24 hours. But it's almost 7 days still it is pending. I have called in customer care 2 times but they said it is under process but i dont know why they are not refund my money.
