ShopClues.com — Not providing invoice for hp printer | |||||
I have ordered an hp deskjet ink advantage 4535 wireless all-in-one duplex printer from shopclues.com on oct 8th & received the product after a lot of delay on oct 21st that too after numerous follow-ups with the courier services. the product came in a bad packaging & seems like repacked by the seller. there was no invoice provided and without that i will not be able to claim manufacturer's warranty which is of 1 year. i have called up the customer care many times but they just keep asking me to wait from n number of days & extending the days when i am following up. i even called up the seller directly, his behaviour was rude & i was said that 'you should have collected the invoice from the courier", now i really doubt the authenticity of the seller & shopclues. I have attached the bill which they have provided through their website. Pathetic customer support & i think no one should buy anything from shopclues because its a fake. [protected] Product not delivered, Shopclues courier partner is lying. Please help me to get this product delivered.The courier person is not giving the right status and he might have delivered it at wrong place or not delivered at all.
