ShopClues.com — Not registered my things

I am a big fan for shopclues online shopping. But, i will not book my order at shopclues because it ask my email id but i fill it then only not responding that told email id or password is incorrect. So it is not convenient to me. Shopclues contains very cheap product. But i am unable to order these products. So please favour for me. This is my humble request.

I have given an return request for my full ghered layerd patiala pants on 30th november and had done prepaid payment but till now no such infromation had come for reciving my product that is to be returned
