Hello Sir/Mam, This is to your kind information that I purchased a salt black nubuck loafer size IND 4 merchant Ref: ARJF0005 on 29/12/2015. & prefer no.#80107309. After mentioning my shoe number 4IND, they sent me shoe number 6, though, on their slip paper they mentioned 4IND. After calling on customer care services, nobody received my calls. After sending SMS, they sent me SMS not to be returned. Sir/Mam, it is not correct that you are sending any products without bothering to customer's requirements. kindly make the solution so that I can get the compensation. Hope for the best from you.
