ShopClues.com — old product, broken seal, wrong accessory delivered.- return request are not being accepted | |||||
I was ordered a Gionee A1 mobile from ShopClues vide order I'd[protected] on 1 July 2018 and the same was delivered on 06 July 2018. The product box seal was broken, the mobile was too old as it was not looking new, earphone was not original and charger cable was also some different company. I immediately raise a request for return. The company ask for images of the product and image was immediately sent to the company. Even the company did not provide the invoice its own name. Invoice was third party that is Shakti enterprises, Gandhinagar. I m proding the invoice and screen shot of order through ShopClues. Please look into the metter and save the innocent customers for such type of cheating. My request for return the product are not accepting by the company. Please impose penalty on the company and for refund may be initiated for me Was this information helpful? | |||||
