ShopClues.com — On line Shoping Fraud _Order Not Received

I placed an order with Shop Clues on Date 27 Oct 2014, 10:08 AM, Waterproof Mattress Cover and my Order number is # 24904071. As per Shop Clues Company Estimated Delivery Between: Tue 4 Nov and Wed 5 Nov, But I haven't got the delivery of my product it is still showing as "Shipped - Possible Delay in Transit".Pl bring strict law and ban such fraud sites.
