[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — One Item Is Missing

I Ordered USB to Sata IDE Cable and delivered on 23 July 2014 in this Product The Main Item which is Power Adapter is Missing I Mail them 5 to 6 times, starting 1-2 times they wrote in mail that we are Processing but till now no response is coming. I also call several times on Customer Support Number but any one can receive a Call. I hold the call 5 to 7 Minutes but no one Receive. Please Help on this Solution Because my Product is of no use.
