Its almost 2 weeks, since I had canceled the order . any further delay will be charged as late payment to the credit card. Who will bear this late payment .

After the complain shopclue.com take this case seriously and formally canceled the Order . After 2 weeks they have made cancellation on their system . Now again it will take another 2 weeks to get y money to my CC account .
There is no reason blocking the cancelation for 2 weeks, the reply always came from support that technical reason . If there is a technical reason whic has stopped their work form 14 days . That's not true . But in this2 weeks they are not stopped to do business
its a purposeful harassment to the customers. And blocking money for so many days with out any fair reason .
Where as Snapdeal, credit the account with in 2- 5 days, and they are using the same payment gateway PAY U .
