ShopClues.com — Order id 93878986

Had ordered a item on 25th june 2016 paying in advance. Received acknowledgment that the product would be delivered by 9th july 2016. A mail was received with tracking details... But all false information.. When not received the order, wrote several mails to customer care asking clarification / status, only 1 reply on first mail was received saying will update the status in 48 hours. Now almost a week has passed and no response to my mails. Request you to please help in the matter and take strict actions on such low profile online shopping web sites.

I have ordered Videocon 1.5ton AC on 27th june from my credit card but due to some reasons I was not able to received the product.
till naw I have not received my payment back..
