I didn't find the refund option while making the return request.
Please help us.
I am happy to contacting you and looking for positive response and help as mentioned my order and return id in subject.
I have raised a return request of order Order ID:[protected] with Return ID:8820844 -
GARDENOLOGY ERGONOMICS High Back Revolving Work from Home Office Chair Unique 3D Armrest Chrome Legs
which is already approved and initiated.
I am expecting my refund in the original payment mode as the payment was done through UPI for the purchase of the same order.
As I can see the status of Refund Mode is - Refund in Clues Bucks, which would really not helpful to me as this point of time.
In case, if it can't be done UPI, please do NEFT or so, so that I can use the same amount with different products as needed.
As you understand in the unprecedented COVID- 19 time, the Total amount Rs. 8071.- would NOT be affordable to me to keep in Clues Bucks, if in case it happened.
So I request, please understand my concern and help me around this time.
