Order# 99798881. order date & time: 02 oct 2016, 02:41 am. support ticket opened [#334373] i placed the order online and paid inr 37999. website estimates delivery between october 18 and october 22.

First received an email on oct 11 that order was delayed. then received another email on oct 11 stating it shipped and expected delivery on october 16. the email provided the tracking number but does not provide the courier/shipping company name. even the tab to track the order wouldnt work.

All of a sudden on oct 21, received an email stating order is delivered. i wrote back confirming non-delivery.

I spoke to customer service but of no help. they just state that their shipping partner has confirmed delivery. even after repeated request they wouldnt escalate. i wrote back again informing that i am compelled to seek legal action.

Received an email on oct 27 stating that they will arrange for a proof of delivery in 7 business days.

I dont need my product and not proof of delivery. also, i need compensation for the delay in delivery and mental torture by shopclues.

Well, I received another email on October 31 (Refer to attachment 10) stating that the order is “Complete”. Not sure how they can say Order is Complete when they had not delivered the product. Moreover, they stated in their email on October 27 (Refer to attachment 7) that they will provide the Proof of Delivery within 7 business days. Still ShopClues has marked the order as complete.
I checked the order detail page on the ShopClues Website and now it shows a new delivery date of October 31 (Refer to attachment 11). Earlier it was showing as Delivered on October 16 (Refer to attachment 8).
Yesterday (Nov 2), I got a call from Startrek Logistics (Courier Company) stating that they have to deliver a Sofa Set which was picked up from Iris Furniture (Manufacturer) on Nov 25. Finally, they delivered the Sofa around 9:50 PM on Nov 2, 2016. The courier person refused to provide an open delivery.
While opening the packages we found that the Sofa Set has 4 cuts/defects (Refer to attachments 14 to 17) in the PU Leather cover. It appears these cuts occurred while in transit.
Issue history and lies from ShopClues
1. Initially Order page of ShopClues website showed delivered on October 16, 2016 (Refer to attachment 8).
2. Now Order page of ShopClues website is reflecting delivered on October 31, 2016 (Refer to attachment 10).
3. ShopClues email on October 21, stated order was delivered on October 21, 2016 (Refer to attachment 4).
4. I spoke to ShopClues customer service informing them about not receiving the order. Got an email on October 25 stating that they have co-ordinated with the courier partner and restated that order was delivered (Refer to attachment 6).
5. I wrote again reiterating that order was not received. Again, got a response from ShopClues Customer service on October 27, 2016 (Refer to attachment 7). It again stated that their courier partner has confirmed that order was delivered. However, they will arrange for a Proof of Delivery within 7 business days.
6. Eventually, my order was delivered on November 02, 2016. The courier slip (Refer to attachment 12) clearly showed that Courier Company picked up the order from the Manufacturer on Nov 25, 2016 (but ShopClues has already stated delivered on 16 Oct on their website and delivered on 21 Oct via email and SMS.)
7. Manufacturer Invoice (Refer to attachment 13) shows it was generated on Nov 25, 2016. Moreover, it stated “Used Sofa Set” (Second Hand Sofa). I ordered a new sofa set and not a Used Sofa Set.
8. Also, Sofa Set has major defects. It has 4 cut marks across both of the sofas.(Refer to attachments 14 to 17)
Now you know, who was telling the truth. Morevoer, the product is defective. Under normal, circumstances I would have requested a replacement. But, since I do not trust ShopClues anymore; I want a FULL REFUND of the order at the earliest.

ShopClues also need to compensate me for the lies, torture and harassment for the last two weeks.
Please get this resolved at the earliest.

I received this product againstn order no[protected]. but ithis product have problam after 10 mnt. there are no function or light. if i pluged in again then again product have problam after 10 to 11 seconds.
