Similar issue happened with me on my shopclue order no[protected] for trademill machine and even I am complaining since I received the shopclues sms and email for delivery on 14 Dec I am calling them I logged a ticket as well for my complaint but nothing has been done so far from ShopClues. Their staff are also having repeated replies that They have logged my complaint and wait for another 48 hrs Everytime.
