Hi my name is Abhishek and I have ordered cooler on 2nd of April from shopclues and already paid them online. Expected delivery date was 12 April, but I didnt recived it, on 13th april the status is changed to delayed and on 15th it is showing me delivered. I tried contacting customer support and asked them about it, they told me to wait for 8 days. Then I told them to give me my money back they refused and told me that they will check first. Which company takes 8 days just to check simple thing. If I didn't recieve my money or product then I will take legal action against them and not gone a leave them in any manner.
