I order a 11 in 1 changeable analog watch on 2nd nov at 11:53 am on shopclues.com.They given the expected time on 18th nov. From 14 th nov a call from courier service came to told us that they couldn't deliver at home. As its not their location.It is home delivery product after providing a location pincode.Why they accepted my orde r if my home address is not in their circle. This is cheating. Plz help me to get compensation . My orderno is 74245675
