ShopClues.com — Payment Cut Off from bank but the order status is shown payment failed | |||
Hi, I have ordered a momy poko pant, Order# 22249123, My payment has been successful, transaction#[protected], amount : Rs 524/- but shopclues said order not completed. I have emailed them 9 times to solve the problem but the did not respond on my email properly. Bank reply regarding the issue is this: "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 622XX2696 for a purchase worth Rs524 on POS [protected] at Clues_Network_PayU txn#[protected]".
