ShopClues.com — Payment deducted but in Shopclues it is showing Payment failed

Hi, I placed an order with Order ID: 22910187 on 12th Oct 2014. After payment the page didnt loaded but amount was deducted from my account. I also raised complaint on my order. Since then I am trying to call in customer care but getting no response. I didnt got any update on my money yet. I am really disappointed with the service I am getting.
