I am seller at Shopclues.com. I want to complaint against them for not providing me the payment timely. I raised a ticket in the month of December for providing me the payment as soon as possible, that ticket is still open when I called the customer service they says all dues will be clear in the month of January, in January I called them many times, either they never pick the call or says it will clear soon. Again I raised a ticket in January that is still not resolved. Again I called them for provinding me payment as soon as possible, they says due to some technical issue we are unable to provide the payments, and all dues will be clear in the month of March. I am still waiting for my payment but some story still going on, either they says there is some technical issue or they never received my call. I am very depressed by there service. I want my money back otherwise I will take some legal action against them for fraudulent. I have attached all the screenshot, take a look. And proceed with my complaint. I want my payment as soon as possible. Thank you
