ShopClues.com, PayUMoney — Product not delivered and marked as delivered. | |||||
I purchased a product from Shopclues.com on 25th May and was not delivered on time. So I requested to cancel the order. They never cancelled or delivered the product and marked it as delivered in there system. Payment was made through Payumoney, which has a buyer protection policy and this policy is of no use. I have been calling shopclues.com for update and everytime since 31st may they are telling that the product is delivered. I have asked for a proof of delivery to be presented. Payumoney and Shopclues.com both the companies have been delaying the refund and everytime promise for a resolution in 48 hrs. I am not sure is they are going to get the proof of deliver from some other country or planet, as its taking so long. Its not the first case they even sold a fake product to me, for which I had to fight to get a refund. It is a clear case of IPC 420 for cheating a customer and then harassing the customer everytime when I call them by making me wait on call for more than 20-25 minutes and no resolution. I seek a case of forgery and separate case filed under Consumer Protection Act 1986 to against Shopclues.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
